Daily Rant: Olive Oil

I have a question. There are 11 basic olive types including the... Arbequinas,Beldi,Bitetto,Cerignola,Gaeta,Halkidiki,Kalamata,Manzanilla, Niçoise,Nyon,Picholine and Sevillano...so, why is it when i go to buy Olive Oil, there are only differences in how many times it has been pressed? They all just say Olive Oil. if i go to buy cheese...they don't all just say CHEESE!
